Long running uploads cause Flash Player to display a warning message:
A script in this movie is causing Adobe Flash Player to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort the script?
ScriptLimit patching applications do not seem to resolve the issue completely.
There are reports that this solution works.

I've implemented code that I hope will fix this issue. It is available in the latest v2.0.1 release.
I have never had this issue and so cannot confirm if it is fixed or not. Will someone who can reproduce this issue in r7 or v2.0.0 test v2.0.1 and confirm fixed or not?

I can verify that 2.0.0 did not fix the issue but 2.0.1 did fix the issue for me.
FF on Mac - uploaded a 7MB file on a slow (cellphone as modem) connection and did not seet he error once.
Congrats!

I can also confirm that the issue was fixed when you load the swfupload_f9.swf file for Flash Player 9. Unfortunately, if you use swfupload_f8.swf, the issue is still present in the latest release (v 2.0.2).
