I'm honestly not sure if this is a Flash issue, Mac OS X issue, or what, but here's what's happening (curious if anyone else can replicate this):

Browse to select files (images, in this case) and on the left side, there's some smart folders in the category labeled "Media". Pick the photos one and try to select one of the photos...the dialog closes but the queued file event never occurs.
