Hello.
I have to report a strange behavior in the uploader. When I try to upload a file, the bar goes to 100% in a few seconds, even with *very* big files. But the file, of course, is not uploaded at all.
This happens with all the browsers (IE8, Firefox 3.5, Chrome...), with the anti-virus disabled and without any proxies. The only "strange" thing about the computer where this behavior occurs (because it doesn't depend on the site where the script resides, it's the same everywhere, even the demos here) is that its processor is an i7. So we tried it on another i7... and that's the same. All the other computers in the office see it correctly.
So, is it really possible that this is processor-related?

We found out it's not the i7, it's the 64-bit Vista. On many computers. Any ideas??

I have 64-bit vista and don't see any problems like that.
The best I can recommend is doing a packet sniff on an affected machine and see what is actually being sent.

The files are being uploaded successfully to the server. I am getting the same behavior. Here are the details of my testing:
1.17MB File Test
64Bit Vista - Flash 10 - Firefox 3.5: Timeout error after upload successful
64Bit Vista - Flash 10 - IE 7 (64-Bit): Same
64Bit Vista - Flash 10 - IE 7 (32-Bit): Same
32Bit Vista - Flash 10 - IE 7 & Firefox: Successful
56K File Test
Successful on all settings
I am running a SuSE Linux server, Apache 2, large file uploads allowed.

I have the same problem in one of my machines. Both are 32bit.
In one PC the scripts goes well. The upload progress goes slowly as the file is being uploaded.
In the other PC the upload goes to 100% in one second and then a timeout occurs and I don't have output from server.
Both machines are: WinXP (Firefox 3.5.5, Flash Player 10,0,32,18)
